The Dyrad Prisoner by AngelaRizza The Dyrad Prisoner by AngelaRizza
A commission I finished this week based on some wonderfully original stories by Christine Tyler. Had a lot of fun with the color and costuming in this one. In this scene a group of Dyrads have captured a headless (living) man.

If you're interested in commissioning me, head over to my Etsy!

I love the little teeny flowers and the way you drew the captive. The sky is also beautiful. I wish the dryads blended in with the trees or were more treelike though.

O.o .....Um, where did his head go? I don't see it anywhere in the picture.

I'm not sure the author never really explained it to me. He was a character, something like a headless horseman who didn't need his head.

Okay, so he was already headless when they caught him.

Not sure, she didn't explain that part. Just that he was able to walk around headless.

You can find her here, www.christinetyler.net She doesn't have anything out yet, right now she is working on the book for this piece and the Taffy Truck piece I did a few months back.
